SNUG~BUG, Inc. is a new venture under the direction of Tom MacAusland, an innovative entrepreneur of 30+ years in the printing and promotional industry. He’s adept at solving problems for a variety of clients and has put his abilities to use with an alternative facemask solution born out of COVID-19.
Tom created a comfortable and adaptable shirt for the workforce with a face covering built in. When the facemask is not ‘in-use’, the shirt falls loosely at the neck, creating a stylish casual collar.
Our clients in construction, landscaping and other customer oriented businesses were spending a fortune every month on masks that got left home, forgotten at the job site, or lost completely. With 3-4 shirts for each worker/employee, they will not forget their mask (it’s built in!) and no more spending hundreds of dollars on employees masks every month! Using the Snug~Bug incorporated onto your company shirts keeps discarded stand-alone face masks out of the environment and landfills.
The Snug-Bug is not only for Covid-19, but for the many people who work outside year round fighting off dust, wind, pollen, or other outside pollutants. It’s easy to pop the mask up over the nose and mouth when needed and then down to a soft collar. Your staff will have a universal look that will set your business above the rest – no bandanas or makeshift mask material that makes your company look unprofessional!
The Snug-Bug is made of a lightweight stretch material that makes an easy fitting, stylish collar around the neck when not in use, and creates a lightweight face covering when brought up over the nose and mouth. A heavier Snug-Bug stretch material can be used with long-sleeved shirts in the winter. The face mask sewn in is a lightweight, anti-microbial and wicking fabric that breathes and deflects moisture that might accumulate with longer wear. There is also a pocket between the face covering and the mask material to add another layer of protection should you so desire.
